These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the Babelunia online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Pricing

• All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. Vintage and handmade items may vary slightly from photos.
• We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

3. Orders and Payment

• Orders are processed through Stripe, a secure payment provider.
• Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.
• We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe.

4. Shipping

• Standard shipping: €5.00
• Free shipping on orders over €50.00
• Delivery times vary by destination. We ship from Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return (right of withdrawal).
• Items must be returned in their original condition.
• Vintage and one-of-a-kind items: returns accepted, but please contact us first.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

All content on this website (text, images, design) is owned by Babelunia and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Babelunia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by Dutch law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
